Join Us for a Fun-Filled Community Activity Day!
Horizons Homecare is excited to invite you to our Community Activity Day on February 21, 2025, at Poulton Community Hall (FY6 7BE) from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
This is a fantastic opportunity for everyone in our community. Carers, elderly, disabled, people who live alone, and families to come together for an afternoon of fun, friendship, and laughter. Best of all – it’s completely free!
Get ready to enjoy a variety of classic games and activities, including Bingo, Skittles & Bowling, Ring Toss, Sandbag Toss, and Bowls & Goals – plus plenty more surprises!
Whether you want to take part in the games or simply relax with good company, there’s something for everyone. We’ll also be serving refreshments, drinks, and nibbles to keep the energy going. Please note that we are unable to service alcohol.
