FREE AFTERNOON LIGHT LUNCH, DRINKS, SNACKS AND WONDERFUL CONVERSATION!
Horizons Homecare is excited to partner up with HOPE Community Care Hub and invite you to our regular social lunch on the first Friday of each month;
from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
This is a fantastic opportunity for everyone in our community. Carers, elderly, disabled, people who live alone, and loved ones to come together for a light lunch (sandwhiches) and some nice warm brews. Best of all – it’s completely free and you might make new friends!
